PIWO Ex bushings for hazardous areas
Multicore Insulating Flameproof Bushings PIWO are destined to provide wired connection of electric mining devices group I category M2 and industrial devices group II category 2 in gas/dust explosive atmospheres between flameproof enclosures or between flameproof part of enclosure and part of enclosure with another approved type of protection.
Wide range of configuration allows to precisely fit bushings to device and its enclosure. PIWO bushings can have either threaded or not threaded sleeves with wide range of diameters. Furthermore, depending on the application requirements, there is possibility of applying copper wires, fiber wires and variety of different kinds of connection sockets and terminal strips. The construction fulfills requirements of EN IEC 60079-0, EN 60079-1 standards and the highest quality ensures an adequate level of explosionproof safety, which has been confirmed by KDB 13ATEX0042X ATEX certificate. Thanks to the ATEX certification it is possible to use these bushings in Ex devices without need of recertification of whole set.
