Pressure sensor DCC-1
The DCC-1 Pressure Sensor is a hydraulic component designed to indicate exceeding a certain pressure of the working medium in hydraulic systems powered by oil or oil-water emulsion. Signaling is done by shorting or opening the output electrical contact. Below the set pressure threshold, the pressure transducer automatically switches to its initial state and the contact switches back to its original position.
Properties
The DCC-1 Pressure Sensor is designed for installation in underground mining plants at risk of methane and/or coal dust explosion. The sensor is used to measure the liquid pressure in drives and hydraulic circuits, e.g. props of mechanized longwall supports.
